Sir Mike Penning is a member of parliament for Hemel Hempstead since 2005, during which time he held high-trust governmental positions including as the Minister of State for Justice and the Minister of State for Policing. Sir Mike Penning co-chairs the APPG for Medical Cannabis and continues to champion that people who find relief from their symptoms using medical cannabis should be “treated as patients, not criminals”.

Hannah Deacon is an ambassador for End Our Pain. She has been proactive in lending support and advice for parents who found themselves needing to apply through the interim panel for licensing medical cannabis to patients in need.

Mother to Alfie Dingley, the boy fighting epilepsy since eight months, Hannah greatly empathizes with patients and families in need of medical treatment involving cannabis in the UK. Hannah is vocal on multiple media fronts and seeks to amplify the voice of the group she represents

Dr Christopher Blue

Co-Director at Trade Union Wellness

Dr Christopher Blue is well-established within his professional and patient communities He is a medical consultant advising on matter of safe medical use of cannabis.

Dr Blue serves as member to multiple accredited institutions, including the American Academy of Family Physicians, College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, and the College of Family Physicians of Canada.

Professor David Finn

Joint Secretary of the Irish Pain Society

Professor David Finn is dedicated to research aiming to enhance the understanding of pain and its management. He is the Science Foundation Ireland Principal Investigator, as well as the Co-Founder and Co-Director of the Centre for Pain Research at the National University of Ireland.

He served as the President of the Irish Pain Society from 2014 and 2017 and has since  worked in its executive committee for the promotion of education and training in clinical management of pain. Professor Finn’s research interests include the neurobiology of pain and psychiatric disorders.
